Coronavirus Operating Procedure 2020

Introduction

We are working towards re-opening from Saturday September 5th , 2020 and in line with the DFE’s guidance for outdoor sports settings, we have updated some of our operating protocols to ensure we can minimise the spread of COVID-19. This document sets out how we will minimise the risk and spread of the virus at the Saturday Regent's Park sessions.

Please please be patient as the first Saturdays are a tad busy with lots of new players but we are all organised and ready to go.

These protocols will operate in addition or take priority over the following existing policies:

•       Regents Park FC Risk assessment policy - this will be sent and read by all our coaches, parents and players

•      Regent's Park League Risk assessment policy - this will be sent and read by all our coaches, parents and players

Future Closure

At any time that it is felt necessary to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure the health and safety welfare of all employee’s, players and parents, we will continually monitor the risk factor of keeping the setting open, and may at any time; revert to a closed status, with no employee's, players and parents permitted to train at Regent's Park, to a partially closed status, where setting places may well be limited to, but not excluding, vulnerability, age, need of care, critical key worker status of parents, special

educational needs.
